Refund policy

At Blueme, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. 14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Opened beauty and skincare products
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items (where stated)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Blueme will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you require a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow our standard returns procedure.


9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
